As human beings, we are conditioned to operate off of reward based training. It’s just how the world has worked for so long, that we don’t know of any other way to operate. Kirk Cousins, playing football for Michigan State in 2011, had been working with Dr. Tim Royer prior to holding the highest passing records, and ranking as a top athlete in the Big Ten, top 10 percent.
